How much of my time will this take?
One of the biggest benefits of our Monthly Content Creation Package is that it requires very little of your time. Most businesses only need one shoot each month, typically lasting just a few hours, allowing you to focus on running your business while we take care of the content.
I'm not comfortable on camera. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Our filming style is designed to feel as relaxed and natural as possible. Most of the time you'll simply carry on with your normal work while we capture genuine moments. If we film any talking pieces, we'll guide you through the process and there's never any pressure to get it right first time.
Can staff or customers appear in the content?
Absolutely. In fact, we often recommend it. Featuring real people helps create authentic content and allows potential customers to connect with your business.
When will I receive my content?
All agreed content will be delivered within your current 30-day content period. In most cases, editing is completed within around two weeks of your shoot.
Can I request specific content or suggest ideas?
Of course. We always welcome new ideas. If there's something you'd like to create or promote, simply let us know and we'll incorporate it wherever possible.
Can you help with social media as well?
Absolutely. We're always happy to offer advice on content, posting schedules and social media strategy between shoots. We also offer social media management as an additional service if you'd prefer us to handle posting for you.
What if I need something urgently between shoots?
If something unexpected comes up, we're always happy to help where we can. Quick content pickups can often be arranged, although these are intended for occasional requirements rather than regular additions to your monthly package.
